A Little Perspective on Penis Size

Everyone is different and people on here tend to error on the side of caution.

I started off doing 30 minutes of stretches and 30 minutes of jelqs and that hasn’t been altered much in a year. If your cock can handle it, why not.

Are you using any heat during your routine? Many people don’t and complain of no gains, get discouraged and quit.

Look at every big gainer on here and every single 1 of them have 2 things in common.

Years of dedicated PE and heat.

To see my stats, or anyone else’s, click where it says Profile in any of my posts and then click View PE Statistics. To enter your stats click your username, then PE Statistics, and Enter New Measurements.

I downloaded the PE database back in November and searched for guys who started out close to our size. Some of us have had amazing gains. YGuy is a great example.

I gained an inch in length and a half inch in girth in about 3 months. Not much since then. Actually lost a little in length since my last entry. I am probably due for a break.

I was not following the newbie routine. Without knowing what I was doing I got a pump. I quickly had an injury, and found Thunders Place while I was freaking out, afraid I’d destroyed my unit for life. (Massive donut.) 6 hours later I was fine, and glad that I had found this place. So much good advice. Some of which I considered and then ignored. I kept using my pump, and added in manual stretches. My personal belief is that if my dick isn’t at least a little uncomfortable by the end of a session then I’m not really working hard enough to make a permanent change.

By the way, now that you’re been doing this for a while, I highly recommend reading BeardedDragon’s thread on Big Gainer Highlights. Some of the big gainers are crazy, but maybe something there will inspire you to try something new. I think it’s time for you to change your routine. Gradually increase the intensity, but pay attention to your PIs. Oh, and spend some time going thru the Injuries threads, so you know what to avoid.

Hey adgj1987, really appreciate the upbeat attitude in the face of disappointment (and your dark side as well - hilarious!).

I tried PE on and off over the course of a year with little to no success. Around four months ago when I fully committed and began slightly modifying my routine as my intuition and PI’s led me (and much of this came from reading tons on this forum), I began seeing modest success and was actually shocked by it as even though I’d become convinced it was possible for some, I’d become fearful that I was just one of those guys who couldn’t gain.

Many vets have suggested that decon breaks of from weeks to months can help us when gains stop and I’ve wondered if many of us that don’t seem to see gains at first (and subsequently quit and then restart, etc.) aren’t actually conditioning our units for growth that third or fourth or fifth time we try even though the progress we may have made was undetectable at the time of the initial (apparently failed) attempts.

So not to give you false hope but maybe do give PE a break for a week or a month and don’t obsess but do come back to it being determined to try again,… and again. As many have said, your goals are completely attainable and sometimes the giving up and restarting later may be just the thing getting us ready for success down the road.

As one of my mentors advised, don’t let this fill your thoughts and mind all the time (as it did mine for a while) but DO believe in your heart and affirm in your mind that eventually at some point, this is going to work for you - I firmly believe that’s why I’ve finally moved forward a bit.

Best of luck!
