Hey guys, been following the site for some time now. Was doing the newbie routine for a few months and decided to add in pumping. Went for 15 min yesterday 5min @2.5in hg 5 min @3hg 5 min @4hg. Did about 50 semi erect jelqs after. I noticed a little pain towards the head. I have a nice flaccid but when it goes to get hard, it’s like it won’t fill up the head. Also I can’t seem to stay hard in the pump. I’ve taken today off and kept alternating a heat pad on and off. Sorry about posting in this part of the forum, but it’s the only place I could post.

Prior to your pumping session you got 100% erections no problem? Only pump for 10 minutes next time. Build up time and intensity slowly. I pump to my BPEL or 1/4 - 1/2” beyond it.

Yeah, immediately after I could get 100% too, but later on that night it began turtling and I had a couple small blood blisters, but they are gone today. Should I use ice and heat after a session?

I’ve used ice successfully before but only when some blood blisters or discoloration were present afterwards. I don’t use heat during or after a pumping session b/c that just allows for greater risk of blood blisters or discoloration. I actually use cold water in my bathmate and that reduced fluid build up and discoloration while still allowing me to pump to the same size as when I used warm water in the bathmate. Build up the intensity and duration or your pumpimg sessions slowly. This will allow you to adapt and less likely to suffer EQ issues or fluid issues.

One more question, I’ve pretty much give. Up on stretching. I feel I’m not doing it right and it hurts. Where exactly are you supposed to pull from and grab ahold of?

4hg I would think is fine. It comes down to seeing how your body responds to it.

Grab a bit below the glans. Some use toilet paper to make for a more comfortable grip. I always recommend using tools to perform PE exercises. To perform manual stretches I use The Gripping Trainer. I have also use the LengthMaster in the past for stretches. I find tools to be much more comfortable, easy to use, and more beneficial to making gains.

So last night laying in bed, I begin to read articles on nerve damage/ overtraining etc. I went and got some ice and wrapped in a cloth and put it on my unit for prob 10 min, followed by a heating pad for 10 min. Went to sleep only got about 4 hours and woke up and saw just a text message from a hot chick and got an erection you could pole vault on.. Could this promote healing a lot faster? I’m gonna take off until Friday maybe Saturday.. I plan on doing this treatment maybe another night or two.. Anyone had success with this? My morning wood/EQ has been suffering as of late.
