I have PEing since 2nd of February 2015 started at. 6.0-6.2 nbpel, 5.2 girth and 6.8-7 bpel

I ‘ll try to keep it short.

Mid March 2015 Injury took 8 days off. Pain, no morning wood, and permanent turtling. Until then longer flaccid and better eq. No gains.

Late Arpil 2015 Injury took 5 days off. Pain, slight morning wood and permanent turtling. Woke up the sixth day with a mind blowing erection. Measured at 6.4 nbpel, 5.4 girth and 7.0-7.2 bpel. Consistent measurements for 3 days, three times a day. Longer flaccid. My wife easily noticed the difference.

Late April till 6th of June 2015. Nothing possitive, nothing negative. No change. Perhaps a progressively decreasing EQ but no big deal.

6th of June 2015. Woke up with a soft morning wood and slight pain and numbness. Perhaps I overdid it the day before, but I don’t think so.

7th of June. Even weaker morning wood, turtling and numbness. No pain. Stopped pe. Symptoms progressing every day and started decreasing after 2 days.

11th of June Woke up in pain with a hard rock erection. Measured it. 6.5 nbpel , 5.5 girth, 7.2 bpel. Longer flaccid, no turtling, Minor pain when flaccid.

I have allready studied the PI’s Threads thoroughly. My question is this: WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH ME?

Please explain what you mean by “injury” then describe the level of “pain” you are feeling.

My theory: You probably did too intense PE as you got injured.
The collagen formation stages take some time and can be noticable in spurts.
At best your tissue took some off time to grow and you found your mode of gaining or you hardened your tissue and need now another approach to PE.

My advice: much heat and blood flow but no strain(exercise, erection) during injuries.
PE wise: heat up the tissue and ease into any exercise. Go for more time then intensity.
IF that doesnt work then you might need more intensity and more rest days or something in between.

In any case of only a slight negative PI you might back off immediately and maybe try some cold right away(but ensure inner bloodflow) for short time.

Sounds reasonable. It seems I am only gaining after injuries, while a take a long rest from pe. That’s for sure. But how will I know when to stop and for how many days with no injury to gain? I mean with injury I stop till I am healed. Time is very specific. I see the pattern. I ‘ll just have to try different rest periods following the same pe program. Could take a while. That sucks, but, well, what can you do. I ‘ll find a way to gain without having to injure myself first to see gains. It sucks to be numb, in pain and after that and only that to measure considerable gains. Thanks dicker.

Something else too. Today I feel my dick cold but it has a normal temp when I touch it. Psychogenic or not? I also get half an erection, in about 5-6 seconds, when I massage it lightly. What the hell, right? That’s why I am a little comfused.

You are definitely overdoing it .

When you jelq try be a bit lose don’t press too hard . Do slow and easy jelqs.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

I ‘ll give you the whole picture for a better estimation.
The first injury was due to newbie stupidity. I put pressure on the dorsal nerve. My penis was numb, cold at touch and the pain was on all over it all day for the first 3 days. Nothing I couldn’t handle though.

The second one. I overdid it. The pain was at the base and at the sides. The penis was feeling heavy. I also felt generally weak, without being ill or something. After that, I gained big as I described.

This last one is a little strange. The pain started at the base and at the sides. As the days passed the pain feels more at the left side of the penis from base to glands, Glands feel fine though. Nice and sensitive. No problem geting an erection today but if I kegel with an erection I feel a sharp but mild pain on the left c.c. When I go flaccid the pain stays for 2-3 minutes and spreads all over the penis. After that, I am good. On my last jelqing session, before injury, I put excessive pressure at my last 10 jelqs and felt a sharp pain at my glands and I immediately stopped. Felt fine after that. The pain and shrinkage started the next day.

I would say pain is minor to moderate. You know, doesn’t bother me in my daily activities, but angers me cause situations like these slows down my progress.

Like previously stated. Go easy.

Unless you have been a prolific and agressive masturbator and edger for years, PE is a shock to your cock.

Add to that your apparent mental edginess regarding PE, and you have what you are experiencing.

Be gentler.

I pumped, masturbated and stretched for over 1.5 hours last night (5” mercury) and my dick does not hurt.

Treat pain and soreness as a message to back off.

Thank you all. I am not complaining about the injuries.In fact, I was an athlete and I know how to treat them.It doesn’t bother me much. What bothers me is that my only gains seem to come only after injuries. I find that very strange. Again, thank you all for your immediate responds.
