A Little Help Please
Hey, I’m new to PEing, and I have a few questions about it. First, are there any serious health risks that could happen if I misused the exercises? Are there any vitamins I could help to speed up the process? I looked at the supplements board, but I was wondering if someone could list the supplements that actually work. Lastly, I read that I should start using the newbie routine, when should I start adding in more exercises?
