A length only exersize

I’m very new to PE, And I did a few measurements and I realized I wanted Length more so than Girth for now. I’m 5.7” length, And 6” girth. My ultimate goal is 8” length and I think 6-6.5” girth would do it for me. So I’ve got a long ways to go on the length part. Right now I’m following this routine roughly.

Hot Towel for 3 or so minutes
3-5 minutes of stretching, No certain stretch in particular
About 15 minutes of dry jelqing, focusing on the C-grip with little to no erection percentage (Trying to stay 30% and lower)
Hot Towel for a few more minutes for a warm down.

It’s a very sketchy routine, But as I said, I’m new as new can be. Should I be doing wet jelqs and different grips? Any information at all would be amazing. Thanks in advance guys. = ))

You might want to add more time to stretching if you’re concentrating on length gains, but take it easy and build up with the newbie routine. Good luck!

Thank you very much my friend! I didn’t know stretching was good for the length. I thought it was only good to get blood flowing and such. I’m happy to report I am growing flaccid length, though. I’ve seen about a half an inch increase in 2 weeks!

Yes crank up the stretching if that is your starting girth then nice man haha that’s what most people like me have to work up to. So yeah just do manual stretches and jelq at a lower erection level and eventually you’ll reach your goal it will just take time.

So are we all saying that jelqing at a low erection level will work more towards length gains?


Current Stats: 6.9BPEL/6.4NBPEL 5.5MEG.

Current Goal: 7BPEL/6.5NBPEL 5.75MEG.

Yes. Many have reported that they do so and if I remember correctly, a mod even made a thread about low erection jelqing and the benefits of it.

I’m almost certain no matter what happens you will never lose any measurements. Worst case scenario you just never gain anything. But I am new, And don’t take that as final word.

As long as I have been here, I have never heard of someone losing gains from actually doing any PE exercise (unless they were over training or something to that effect). Low erection jelqs have a primary effect on length, but it will not take away any of your girth.

Hello my friend welcome, you are already blessed in the girth department and your length is pretty good as well. As the others have said just work your way gradually to increase the amount of stretching that you do.

The only thing that I know of is that it is recommended to do length gains first, as girth gains may difficult the length gains. But as long as you don’t try any crazy stuff or over train your dick, you shouldn´t see any negative changes in your size.

One day I was just sitting there, Starring at myself and realized I was damn thick, But not extremely long and I decided to join this site.
