A length only exersize
I’m very new to PE, And I did a few measurements and I realized I wanted Length more so than Girth for now. I’m 5.7” length, And 6” girth. My ultimate goal is 8” length and I think 6-6.5” girth would do it for me. So I’ve got a long ways to go on the length part. Right now I’m following this routine roughly.
Hot Towel for 3 or so minutes
3-5 minutes of stretching, No certain stretch in particular
About 15 minutes of dry jelqing, focusing on the C-grip with little to no erection percentage (Trying to stay 30% and lower)
Hot Towel for a few more minutes for a warm down.
It’s a very sketchy routine, But as I said, I’m new as new can be. Should I be doing wet jelqs and different grips? Any information at all would be amazing. Thanks in advance guys. = ))
