This is my first post here and I just started this about a week and a half ago. Right now I’m just on the newbie routine and I was wondering if it was okay to kegel on the “off day”, or should I break from that as well?

I’m still kind of skeptical about PE. Part of the reason I’m so skeptical about these “beginner gains” that newbies seem to get is because I think that a lot of people are confusing these gains with their erection quality. In other words, jelqing and kegels are helping with erection quality, and since their penises are filled to their full potential due to better erections, they are confusing that with legitimate gains. I don’t know. That is what seems logical to me.

I’ve been browsing for a few months and I figured I’d give the newbie routine a try. Can any of you honestly say that you have made some legitimate gains? For those who have gotten some legit gains, what routines do you do?

First off how is EQ not a legitimate gain?

For me, after three weeks of working on the newbie routine, like most people, you notice more in the flaccid gains than in the erect gains, ie when you go to the bathroom it looks like it is hanging lower, also, due to the current situation I see my girlfriend every second or third weekend and she has commented on it, mainly about the girth, and I have not told her about the exercises. (And it is not due to EQ, as that was not an issue for me before hand.

Rulers don’t lie. Yes EQ does change, but for someone whose EQ does not change and they do their routine and receive gains then those are legitimate gains. Personally I’ve seen my EQ go up and down, but I’ve gained in length and thats the only thing I’ve been working on so far.

Like you, I tend to be a bit of a skeptic on anything like PE, especially before I found this forum.

If you’ve been browsing this site for “a few months” and haven’t run into anything that allows you to have some “faith” that PE works, there is nothing anybody can say here that hasn’t already been said on at least 100 other similar threads.

My personal experience has been a length gain of 1.25” and a girth gain of .25”. I already had very solid erections prior to PE and no ED whatsoever, so that much of a gain cannot be attributed solely to EQ. As a matter of fact my pre-PE measurements were Viagra assisted since I’m ruler shy. :)

While I have tried hanging, clamping, and pumping, my routine consists primarily of lots of moist heat, manual stretches, and jelqing. I do still continue to include low intensity pumping in my routine since it does help my girth gains, which are painfully slow, as well as helping to correct a slight left bend.

As for your question. Just like everything else in PE, it’s what works for you. Keep an eye on your EQ and take breaks when you need to. Personally, I incorporate kegels into my jelqing routine and my day off is no PE at all. I also have a light/moderate Monday through Friday, weekends off, routine.


Posting 'newbie' but 2+ year lurker and PEer.

Start: ~6" BPEL, ~5" MSEG (If I remember correctly) Now: 7.25" BPEL, 5.25" MSEG (After an 8 month break) GOAL: I'll be finished when I'm done.

*** ALWAYS mind your PI's and EQ's :) *** PE takes knowledge, time, and commitment. If you can't do that, you can't PE. ***

Do a lot of searching and reading, I spent tons of time reading and reading.

It is common to enter here and be skeptic about PE, everybody was I think at their beginnings. You will get improved EQ but I dont think more than .2-.5 inches at the most of the newbie gains would be to erection quality. How much stronger can an erection be?

In here you will find tons of success stories so read as much as you can, no one can convince you it works unless you try it yourself. Just think of it this way do you think 100,000 members would be here just for the fun of inventing stories about increasing their dick size? Why are there so many members and the numbers keep increasing if this is a PE FREE forum?

So do yourself a favor and go for the newbie routine, in my experience I have gained like .8 inches in length and .45 inches in girth in around 1 year and a half.

If you don’t believe PE works or have too much doubt, you will not put 100% into PE. Try to think positive, what do you have to lose? Your mind plays an significant roll too in PE.
