A few questions.
This is my first post here and I just started this about a week and a half ago. Right now I’m just on the newbie routine and I was wondering if it was okay to kegel on the “off day”, or should I break from that as well?
I’m still kind of skeptical about PE. Part of the reason I’m so skeptical about these “beginner gains” that newbies seem to get is because I think that a lot of people are confusing these gains with their erection quality. In other words, jelqing and kegels are helping with erection quality, and since their penises are filled to their full potential due to better erections, they are confusing that with legitimate gains. I don’t know. That is what seems logical to me.
I’ve been browsing for a few months and I figured I’d give the newbie routine a try. Can any of you honestly say that you have made some legitimate gains? For those who have gotten some legit gains, what routines do you do?
