A Few Questions If You Don't Mind ? ( Please Answer ).

Hello guys - hope you all are having a great day.

I have a few questions in mind after reading a few threads in here.

I want to start from the very beginning - but I have a few questions:

As you can see here my Bone Pressed Lenght is around 5.1 - 5.5 ( depending on the ruler… )

Anyways - I want to start the Newbie Routine and keep on it for a year.

I want to devide the Newbie Routine into 4 and start working on it from there - after every 3 Months I move to the other part until I’ll be done with the whole routine throught out a year.

I think this will condition my friend for a while…

I guess this method is pretty simple easy instead of setting high goals:
How about setting 5.5 inches and than 5.8 inches and than 6 and give it months of practice in between….

I’m also planning on going 1 ON and 2 OFF for the beginning to any sort of injury…

I want to go as easily as possible and stick to it for as long as I can.

I also want to know if it’s okay to turn this into a Lifestyle - Something to do for the rest of your life ? Woulnd’t there be any future damage or permanent erectle dysfunction or some scary stuff ?

I would love if you give me your opinion on my routine and respond to my questions -I’ll be so thankful!

Thanks a lot guys! Wish you a great.

I didn’t start with the newbie routine, so I’ll let someone else answer that.

As far as lifestyle… there’s no problem with continuing indefinitely. Most guys eventually reach a satisfactory length and quit, finding other uses for their time. Sometimes they keep a hand in for general maintenance, sometimes not. There are a few men here on Thunder’s who have been at it for more than 20 years, some more than that. Gains taper off with time, but why quit when you’re winning?

Personally, I exceeded my original goal, but was curious to see how much more could be had, so I keep on going.

Thank you, thank so much for your reply.
Regarding this: " Gains taper off with time " - What do you mean by it ?
Do you mean gains dissapear with time ?
Do gains really dissapear with time ??

Thanks again.

For me and I have another post on this, it is PE for life. You get your gains and then you get older ED/EQ is natural, you will need to always be at it like a bodybuilder. You would never go to a bodybuilder and say, I got the arms I want, now I will quit but I expect to keep this for life?! Of course you will slow down and maintain it once you get your goals.

Have goals but never stress over it, it may or may not work for you. You will be default learn how to keggel, build a hard erection and multi orgasm. That is already a win, no one here can guarantee you will get to your goals but it is journey worth trying as long as you are super careful and think about this long and not short term, any body here for fast gains will get injured.

Stop setting goals, set objectives without limitations.

5.5 NBPEL Start~~ 5.7 NBPEL- 2011 ~~ 5.75 NBPEL/ 4.25 EG 2012 (Stop 11 years- Started again 4/2023 same stats as 2012)

6.2 NBPEL / 6.7 BPEL / 4.5 EG (5 EG w/ C-Ring) / Grower 4 FL - 12/2023 ~~ (Objective 6.75 NBPEL / 7.25 BPEL / 5.5 EG & Solid EQ)

Thank you so much for your responds - It was helpful.

Regarding Faster Gains - I don’t believe in gaining faster - I expect to invest years upon years on this.

I have a few questions regarding years upon years - Is this worth it ? Or would I create a huge problem for myself especially after long investment - I mean over time, you could lose erection for good and when you’ll ask an urologist - he’ll tell you it’s permanent becasue you’ve been doing it for years,

I have some fear I’ll be honest with you, if you could clarify this I’ll be so thankful.

Also what do you think about my routine ? Is it okay if I devide the Newbie Routine into 4 ? I mean 4 Times shorter than the regular version and start from there, what do you think ?

Thanks a lot!

Most men gain rapidly when they first start - so many we call it "newbie gains." Then the rate of gain slows. Eventually it might even stop. It’s sort of like weight lifting - you make very fast progress at first, but the more you work, the slower progress happens.

It is normal to slowly lose some amount of gains over time, even if they’re "cemented." And it’s absolutely normal for your dick to get smaller as you get older, even if you never did any PE.

1. Start the newbie routine with less time, that is fine, you will learn yourself better through the process.
2. Everyone here started with fear, there are some that have gotten injured and some that have not. I am in total about 1 year jelqing in my total time with no injury. That is me, no one here can guarantee you won’t hurt yourself. What we can say is that people that don’t rush, take it easy, trust the process, and always warm up have much fewer issues if any at all.
3. For me and many here we only have experienced stronger erections and better EQ, keeping in mind our age. I have another thread here about people that lose alot of EQ or are dealing with ED but started at age 31-34 years old. Guess what? why do basketball players lose all their skill at 31-34? That’s the man’s body, some may confuse it with PE but you have to learn, research, and see what is happening to you and take note of your age.

There’s nothing to be afraid of if you take your time, learn the techniques well, get educated on basics of anatomy and physiology and don’t do anything crazy.

The best way to approach (after a short period conditioning of your tissues) is two start with the least amount of manual routine that gets you some results. As long as it is working don’t add anything. Once you start to plateau on gains (or don’t notice any after a consistent effort over a couple of months) then you can start to increase time, intensity or training methods, or some combination of those. Then, again, once you are making progress keep it as simple as possible while you are making gains and don’t add anything.

The best advice for a newbie is to keep an accurate record of your training and measurements. Upload your stats to this website and update them on a regular basis. Years from now you can access them and see where you’ve been, even after a long break. Make a spreadsheet of your training and measurements for yourself.

Some guys track elongation, strain, increased circumference for each workout to see if their routine is effective, also great for a spreadsheet. This is more advanced but once your newbie gains start to slow is an effective way to see if you are giving yourself enough intensity and what seems to work the best, and when there is a diminishing return with more work, or even negative returns from too much intensity.

It also helps to show when things start slowing down so you can either increase effort (time, resistance, number of sessions) or even if it is time to take a break and let your tissues soften up. This is called a deconditioning (decon) break and many feel it is a great way to restart gains once you’ve hit a wall. Some guys plan for breaks of a week or two every couple of months, some guys throw in a break of much longer to let themselves return to some degree of newbie gains again.

So close tracking is really helpful once you are out of the newbie phase. You can wait until you are more advanced or you can start tracking now if that is the kind of thing that you like to do.

Finally, just like with any kind of physical training, it is fairly likely that you will have an occasional minor injury. Like a small bruise or blister from pumping or vacuum hanging attachment, or a couple of days of diminished erectile quality or sensitivity from overdoing your training a bit. These aren’t a big deal and are part of learning what works for you and how to train to minimize them. Nothing to be afraid of. It’s like getting blisters on your fingers from doing heavy yard work or twinging your knee while out playing football.

The likelihood of causing an injury that results in long term sexual dysfunction is essentially zero if you are doing normal stuff. In fact most guys find their sexual function improves with PE.

Rock out with your cock out!
