Well I gained 2 centimeters with and inch being 2.54 of those, probably more like over the course of 1,5 to 2 months to be accurate, as I said I wasn’t keeping score or making a point out of getting it done.
I changed things up because I wasn’t being serious about it before, only sporadically did it every time I remembered about it.
Figured since the try out phase (basically to see if there was anything to it) had promising results I would actually try putting my back into it so to speak.
