Hi everyone, I’m kind of sorry asking questions that probably answered over and over again.

I some search over the interent Include in the forum till I reached this point, the point of me thinking start the pump to get natural enlargement.
I saw some videos over the net and also photos of before and after results, read some articles and I’m kinda convinced about it.
I read some old topics and guides yet I’m confused about where to start and how to. I prefer someone who would tell me what to do.

I’m 25 yo, correctly living with my parents and I don’t want them to know or suspect in me doing PE.
So basically my first thought about PE is buying a Air pump so I can do it in my room locked
Because going to bathroom with device in my hands can be bit problematic don’t wanna getting caught, it’s embarrassing.

But then I read & understood that Water vaccum is better for blood, so my first question is it true? If yes I might go for water vaccuming.
I noticed there several kind of devices and I’m not sure which one to purchase, My budget is around 250$, saw the Bathmate Hydroxtreme7 for 299$. Should I buy it? Is choosing good device is important for better results?

I read here that some dudes do Clamping but it’s mainly for Girth not for Length, Not sure which method to start with.

Currectly I’m about 13.4cm / 5.3inch on length & 13.3cm / 5.2 inch on girth I achieve it when I’m full erected almost near ejaculation.
My goal is 16.5cm / 6.5inch length with bit thicker on girth like 6 inch. Anything else more than that will be a bonus, My goal is realistic?

I also read about jelqing and kegel, tbh I haven’t found much about it except that Jelqing has like only one technique the (OK, V grip) and kegel (thigh thrusting) I do at gym.

Any kind of help from your experience, links and support would be great and appreciated.

Considering you are concerned about privacy and new to p.e., I recommend starting with the Newbie routine which basically is a stretching/jelqing routine you can expand upon for months. No equipment is necessary.

Your goal seems achievable with dedication and consistency over a long period of time. Good luck!

I’m new as well. But I would just start conditioning with manuals before using any device. Condition the penis to take a more serious workout. I’ve read you should do it for a few months. Above all, be safe and Stop if you feel any pain.

As other have already mentioned, it’s a good idea to begin with Newbie Routine. It will get you safely acquainted with how you and PE can work together.

I’ve been pumping for years, I would not hang my hat on this stated benefit.

When you are ready to pump I recommend investing in an air pump with a gauge. Water pumps don’t currently have gauges, so you lose a component of control in the process.

Also, if privacy is an issue, I can guarantee that you will find more time in the pump with a dry system rather than a wet one.

And, you will save $200.00 or so:-)

I tend to feel that clamping is a better solution for permanent gains and pumping supports a more immediate level of gratification, which is also important when balanced against both short term and long term goals. However, many have made almost all of their gains from pumping alone, so everyone is a bit different here.

gprent and Titleist are great resources here when it comes to pumping. So definitely search on those brothers.

Your goals are attainable, but not quickly. For some, with consistent work, these milestones might be three years out. For others, they might be as far as six years out.

Loving the process of PE and being consistent, after these two things are true, then the gains will come.

I read alot on forum and using the search engine to get more information but sometimes it’s getting me just more confused.

I gonna start with the beginner guide today, But I must say that isn’t it more efficient to do both? Like pump/clamp and also jelk/kegel for better and maybe* quicker results? I’ll gonna PM you and the guys you mentioned.

A large and important component of the newbie program is to condition, or strengthen, your penis so it can accept and benefit from them. Clamping is considered an advanced PE process and has much greater risk of penile injury associated with it. One’s penis needs to be well conditioned before attempting clamping.

Always remember that PE is a marathon, not a sprint, so think of and expect to see positive results in terms of months, not days.

Combining techniques or even overdoing any exercise or PE program can stress your penis, slowing positive results and in excess could lead to injury.

Some injuries can heal in a couple of days and others in weeks and months. Serious injuries can and have occurred to individuals who were too aggressive in their efforts, tried untested ideas or just continued when indicators from their penis were telling them to stop.

Well look I’m on my 5th day like of Jelqing beginner method.
Following this guide:
5 mins warm wrap
2 sets 5 mins BTC stretch
5 x 3 min V-Stretch
5 mins warm wrap
20 mins jelq
5 mins horse squeezes
5 mins JAI stretches
5 mins warm wrap
3 days on / 1 day off

Except I’m not doing 5mins warpup at end + off days.
I think during those 20-25min of Jelq I’m around 200 jelqs total (didn’t count)

But I feel like my pp is way stronger I haven’t any pain issues and I can go more progressive things with him. I really want to add more things to the routine.
What I suppost to do in additional?

I’m also not sure I’m jelqing good, I don’t feel there enough blood but I saw vids and I’m pretty mimic the motion good.
The only problem is I’m getting arousal which make me wanna masturbate and tbh I feel like when I masturbate I “Jelq” better.
I tried look for difference between Jelq and Masturbate it’s kinda simillar to me but less concentrate on blood pressuring
Although I’m kinda like choke him like death grip the cool part is the pp doesn’t get tired.

If you began the manual exercises when you made your first post in this thread, then you’re probably not giving this enough time.
Many member here will agree that this is not a sprint, it’s a marathon. You’re at the beginning of a journey that takes some member years to achieve their goals. I myself have never hit the goal I set myself almost 10 years ago as I’m not consistent.

Stick with the Newbie routine for the allotted time (is it 6 months? I don’t recall). If you’re not patient and rush ahead of yourself with clamping, or pumping, before your piece is conditioned you will end up having to start a new thread in the injuries section of this website.

Be safe, be patient. With enough time, consistency, and heat, the gains will come.

I took day-off yesterday after 2 days of jelq, and today I jelq again.
I noticed in the end of the jelq method that the skin near the glans is bit brighter and thicker, I don’t know if it’s edema.
(*Yes I did search before I send this message include title only) Anyway, It’s not hurting and I don’t feel any pain I touch it and it’s ok.
I don’t think I pressure too much and went more than 70% erection.

Maybe I did but I haven’t felt it? I don’t know basically lesser erection I don’t feel blood movement inside.
Done stretches and Warmup (I do with A/C & Hand massages)

What should I do take another day-off? I feel like If I’ll take too many days-off will lead to no result.
