Hey guys, I just have a few questions that I would like to get some input on. I have been following the Newbie Routine for a little over a week which consists of..

5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each
Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.

My first question is just wondering how important the warm up/cool down are? I do it most of the time, but occasionally will skip it out of lack of time or laziness or what have you.

The second question is about orgasm and PE. When I say orgasm I am mainly talking about masturbating as I am currently single. When is it OK to orgasm? I work out during the night, so is it safe to rub one out in the morning? After a workout? On the day off? Would just like some clarity on this issue.

Lastly, I was just looking for some info on actually measuring your penis. Like I’ve said, I’ve only been at PE for about a week, but I haven’t been able to get a consistent measurement. I’ve also seen many abbreviations for measurements on the forums that I don’t recognize. So whats the best way to measure and also how often should you measure.

Warmups and -downs are important as they prevent injury and help loosen the tissue for a more effective stretch.

The ejaculation or no ejaculation question is widely debated and I don’t think there is a consesus regarding this. I would say just do whatever you feel suits you, but not too often and not too seldom (and pssibly not right before or after a workout).

For BPEL (bone pressed erect lenght) I do this to get consistent measurements: back against a wall, knees and feet together, only neck bending, as high erection as possible almost at PONR, penis parallell to the floor, wooden ruler centered on the penis tilted at a 45 degree angle pressed against the pubic bone. You will probably “lose” some lenght doing this - but remember you are measuring progress and not maximum possible lenght. It’s easy to cheat yourself!

The best way to measure with accuracy is measure the exact same way every time. As for abbreviations, if you see a dotted line underneath the abbreviation simply move your mouse over it to find out what it means.
