Well since I went from the 8 to 9 on the way from 6 to 10.5 then I can say that your quest is not one that is unachievable if you stick to a rigorous stretching technique every single day (make some excuse to stay in a single stall restroom for 15 minutes every morning) then before you know it (maybe a year or two). I worked for over 10 years to achieve my length change and have now reached some kind of roadblock to further lengthening — BUT I laid off the exercises for several months and that probably has left me at the 10.5 length for a long time — oh pity me.

Did you just do manual stretches with your hand? Up? Down? Straight out? To the sides? Where did you grab and pull from? Are you pulling as hard as you can?

Do you have any old logs of your past routines and effective exercises?

Right. Since you already gained big, you know how it’s done. Keep varying your routine when you hit a plateau. But you already know that, why are you asking?

I think it’s kind of funny that the OP ignores all the Senior Members, moderators and veteran’s advice, doesn’t respond to a single question about his gains or his workouts, but then a guy claiming 4.5 inch gains shows up, makes 75 posts in a single day, and this guy’s like what? what? you did manual stretches? what direction?

Well, I think everyone in this thread, and that’s ever responded to any of your posts, has done so to try to help you.

Is there some reason that questions like “what have your gains been to date?” or “what have you tried so far?” or “have you done the newbie routine?” cause such distress for you? You’ve PE’d for three years, you’ve gained 3 inches in length (or was it a half inch? I forget), yet the advice of “stretch for 15 minutes in a bathroom stall every day for 15 years” is what you’re glomming on?

Do you remember me sending you the video for wrapping and hanging that you asked for like a month ago? Do you remember all of us responding with good advice to the same identical thread you posted a month ago? No? I didn’t think so. Keep looking for the magic bullet.
