6 months, no gains -> add clamp or pump?

Hi all,

I’ve been doing the below routine for 6 months now and have unfortunately not gained anything. No length and no girth. I don’t have any negative PE symptoms, though I also don’t really feel I have much positive PE symptoms. My erections are hard though, and I have plenty of morning wood. I also use constant heat during my stretching and jelqing.

I do the below routine with much discipline, 2 days on, 1 day off.

- 4 minutes kegels/reverse kegels 5-10s hold
- 5 minutes heating with rice bag.
- 5mins stretching with constant heat -> 30s holds forward/up/down/left/right (2 times each)
- 13-15mins dry jelqing with 70-90% erection level with constant heat (I can’t really get it much lower, else I’d have to stop every 30 seconds…even after 6 months of jelqing, jelqing just makes me hard…). I use different grips throughout the 13-15mins (alternate between C grip/overhand/OK grip)
- 5mins heating with rice bag

So since this routine does not seem to be working for me…I think its time to add either pumping or clamping to my routine. My goal is to increase GIRTH. I was wondering what you guys would suggest? Note that I definitely do not want to lower my EQ, does pumping or clamping lower EQ? I am single and have regular hook ups and need to be at good EQ for my self confidence.

Also I was wondering where to buy stuff (to pump or clamp) in the EU. In the Netherlands would be even more perfect.

I have done both clamping and pumping and feel they compliment each other; however, I feel pumping was more effective.

I vote for pumping… I think it’s more controlled (with a gauge) therefore safer. There seems to be too many variations to contend with in clamping, tightness / time, and injuries seem to be quite common.

As long as you pump at low vacuums and be careful with time, I don’t think you can go too wrong.

Also, in regards to buying gear, have a look at Thickwall in the UK for pumping. I live in Europe as well, and received my order in less than a week. I am happy with the product and service.

Depending on how you do them (high intensity or long time), you could face some temporary decrease in EQ because your penis is sored/worked. If you take rest days, your EQ will be fine.

I will say no to pumping or clamping yet.

Keep the same routine and incorporate orange bends and squeezes.

See how that goes.

If I must absolutely choose one of both, I too, would suggest pumping, not clamping.

after 6 months of no gains? I doubt a few squeezes and orange bends would make such a big difference. My penis just doesn’t seem to grow based on jelqs and stretching.. even though it feels kind of sore after a workout.

Note: I prefer to keep it manual, but I hate spending time with no results :D

What constant heat are you using ?

Have you actually tried squeezes, o bends slinkys etc ?

Ok..fair enough. I got your point. Perhaps you could give it a try for a month or so, I mean bends, squeezes and ulis. It’s only a month.

Otherwise pumping it is.

Pumping is safer.

Clamping is more advance. You need to be really conditioned. The people who have done PE for years, suggest to wait 1 year before clamping.

When the time is right, both are great when combined.

If OP thinks there’s no difference between squeezes, bends, slinkies and jelqs and that pumping will give him gains more than manual work, he is, imho, fooling himself.

I suggest you mix short jelq sets (4-5 mn) with a couple of squeezes (and possibly orange bends as suggested by bill) in between each of them. Have a look at memento’s rapid gains mechanisms as an example. You may want to replace your stretches with fulcrum stretches .

Do them as you like. You decide how to incorporate them in your routine. The point is to get them done.
