I’ve been doing PE for 4 weeks now, and I was wondering if they were proper gains for 4 weeks. I warmed up for 5-10 min, jelqed for 10, stretched for 5 and did 50 kegels 2 on 1 off.

I gained .2 girth and .1 or .2 in length. Are these normal gains?

And when I jelq for about 10 min, I see a slightly purple/blue spot in head. When this happens I gently squeeze the head and it goes away. Should I stop workouts when it happens or is it nothing too serious?

You should ease up you grip.

Gains vary too much in the first month to say if those are ‘normal’ or not. If you already gains, whatever kind or measure, it’s a succes anyway after so few weeks.

Has your EQ improved after 4 weeks?

If you continue having those kind of spots, whether on glans or elsewhere, it can mean fine capillary leaks and can indicate, like in most newbees, including myself, a need for nutritional support. I am sure “Marinera’ is correct. But you might also take these supplements which are specific for capillaries: Niacin, bioflavonoids (from citrus), and rutin. Seniors are always warning that for most guys, the veinous system is weak at first and all should follow sensible PE routines for at least 3 months.

Hey one month .2 inches! Sounds great to me. In five months you would be an inch bigger that’s a lot in my books!!! Slow gains are better than no gains remember that!

I’m not sure. My EQ fluctuates. And I was wondering if I could start hanging, or should I just stick with the newbie routine a bit longer before I start.

If I was you I`d soak up all the gains you can from the newbie routine. Also hanging is for well conditioned rods. You don`t wanna hurt yourself.
Take it slow and work your way up to hanging.

I felt the same way as you but you got your whole life to do Pe no rush to hang weights on your dick!
