20min a day, 4 days a week

Hey I asked this on another thread but it didn’t really get covered.

If I do PE 20min a day, 4 days a week (roughly, on average) could I gain 1” in length and 0.5” in girth over a period of a year?

The reason I’m asking is I don’t know if I really have time to do much more without PE effecting my lifestyle.

I did exactly that for my first year and gained exactly that.

The thing is that I used a home made stretcher and pulled the shit out of my dick with it while sitting in a hot bath, and most here wouldn’t recommend such a method for a “newbie”.

The problem with such an aggressive approach is that you run the risk of injury (which I didn’t), loss of EQ (which I did occasionally), and extreme resistance to continued growth due to tightening ligaments and so on, (which, even after a year I’m struggling with).

These concerns are only generalizations, and everyone’s experience with PE is slightly different, but my struggle to get any more growth is a continued source of frustration for me considering my early success.

My recommendation is to start off slowly, avoiding injury and so on, and build up intensity and duration so that you can grow and stay safe.

Regarding your time commitment, only you know how important getting bigger is to you, and eventually only you will know how much effort you need to put into PE to get the results you need, and a 20x4 might not be enough.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

I spend roughly the same time. To spend more I’d have to cut out gym time. At least for me a 32 inch waist is more important then a 8 inch Wang - YMMV. Hopefully it will be enough to gain. It’s been enough to gain 1inch in flaccid hang. Hope it works for you too.

Cool that’s good to know, I have a few goals in 2012 and 1 is to gain an extra inch, even if most of it is just flaccid because I’m nothing spectacular flaccid.

As for a-units comment keep in mind some of us “bigger boys” have very little going for us OTHER than penis size. I’m pretty short and have a really narrow build, my head aint that great either, and I pulled an injury a few years ago so it takes for every for me to build up muscle. So when I think “how can I pick up more girls” the only really thing I can control is my dick size. And while I’m pretty big as it is, and extra inch could make the difference to me getting the girl or not.

I photoshopped a picture of myself and added an extra inch to my dick, and even just an inch is a very noticable difference, it goes from “big” to “friggen hell!” I want a friggen hell dick.

If the size you have now isn’t enough to help you pick up the girls, another three inches in length and girth wouldn’t help either. You need to work on your ability to talk to women, since a large number of them aren’t going to give two shits if you’re ‘big’ or ‘friggen hell dick’ huge.

I don’t think anyone can say how much you can gain in any amount of time, regardless of the routine. However, 20 minutes a day 4 days a week is called consistency, and consistency can take you places, my friend. After a while I can see you finding, and adding time to your workout, once you see the results of your diligence. Possibly incorporating hanging, or pumping in the shower, or bathtub. The sky is the limit.

What is your privacy situation? Do you live alone?

I think you missed the point Tweaking, I am talking strictly physical side of things here. I don’t think anyone will deny girls dig visuals a fair bit and while being good with talking definitely helps there is a limit. I’ve known a couple of guys in the past with “friggen hells” and females interest level with them was almost universally high, one guy was actually pretty socially dumb and he had women chase him on size reputation alone. And if I can gain an extra inch, why not?

It’s all good. Just remember that consistency is the key. With that in mind I think you’ll do great on your quest.

20 minutes is too little time, I would say 40-60min over a year can give you half an inch over a year and little girth improvements I not trying to let you down but it’s reality PE takes time, and 1” is a big improvement. Good luck and good gains

GOAL 7x6 - on a 5'5 guy it will look huge

20 minutes is going to be enough at first, but you’ll probably have to increase duration upwards of ~1 hour as you get more experienced and conditioned, otherwise your gains will stall.

OK so presuming I do 20min a day 4 days a week whats a realistic expectation?

1/4” length and about half of that for girth.

No one can say because everyone reacts differently. Try and see for yourself, you have nothing to lose.

I’ve got a Jess Extender by the way, I saw some small gains a couple of years ago with it. Could I throw that in the mix down the track?
