1 month in, too early for an auto ADS?

1 month in, too early for an auto ADS?

My routine is primarily based around stretching. I’ve made some gains and showed zero ill effect from stretching so I’ve incorporated some more advanced light stretches and have extended my stretch time as well. I’ve read a lot around here about the importance of keeping a stretch after a workout so you heal in an extended state. I’ve read a lot on here about both.

I guess my question for some more experienced folks is would it be too soon to incorporate a product like the autoADS?

In my opinion, it’s never too early to start using an ADS. Also, I’ve tried many and I still like the auto-ADS the best.

What type of routine do you use with the autoADS? How long do you wear the autoADS?

I use it as an adjunct to hanging. Ideally I hang in the morning. Then I put on the ads and wear it most of the day, giving myself breaks of course.

I see, I don’t think I’m ready for hanging for sure. Thanks for the information.

Yes, the Auto ADS would be fine it is a fairly mild stretch.

I have a question..
Doing 15 minutes jelq, one day yes,one day no, are there any possible results?

And if I gain size,if one day I want to stop,are they going to stay?or they are only temporary gains?
And if there is a way to stock the gaiins? HOW?

I figured it would be ok. To be honest I’ve been very careful leading into to it but I’ve slowly advanced to more aggressive stretching with no ill effects at all. I actually gained about .25 inch in the first 3 weeks BPEL. I was thinking more along the lines of promoting growth with my manual stretches and perhaps a certain amount of cementing.

I really need to incorporate some jelqing into my routine as well, I’m just going to have to MAKE time to do it stealthfully. This way I can work on some girth as well.

Bud you have a LOT of reading to do. Any exercise will help but the less the routine generally the slower the gains. You can stop and keep the gains but you need to cement them for a while afterwards.

Then read, read, read like the wind.

Also, Thunder (the owner) hates to read things like “THX”. You should work on that as well so you don’t get in trouble. :up:

I had the same question. Also 1 month seriously into PE and considering buying some kind of stretcher. I seem to gain girth easier than girth and i have difficulties getting a good grip for manual stretches.

The other question would be if I should go on with the newbie routine while using the ADS or just do manual exercises for girth (jelqing, horses, ulis, etc).

Also, do i need to take it slow with the stretcher first (like fewer hours and milder tension like stated in its manual for the first weeks) or am I already conditioned from manual PE?

No problem. Read the link I posted above and also the forum guidelines and you will be alright. Keep in mind that this is the richest (and free) source for PE knowledge that I’ve ever found. It will do well for everyone involved if you read, read and then read some more. Yes, “cementing gains” just means a continuation of what you’ve been doing for a period of time after the gains have been made.

Miron, I believe that it’s pretty important from what I’ve read to stay away from those advanced girth exercises unless you’ve jelqed for at least 3 months. Without the proper conditioning you could hurt yourself pretty badly. Seems to me that if the stretcher says in the instructions that you should go slow, then you probably should. The things that I’ve read here (believe me I’ve read a lot) seem to say that if it hurts you’re pulling too hard regardless of how well you think you’re conditioned.
