1 month in, too early for an auto ADS?
My routine is primarily based around stretching. I’ve made some gains and showed zero ill effect from stretching so I’ve incorporated some more advanced light stretches and have extended my stretch time as well. I’ve read a lot around here about the importance of keeping a stretch after a workout so you heal in an extended state. I’ve read a lot on here about both.
I guess my question for some more experienced folks is would it be too soon to incorporate a product like the autoADS?
