Wrinkles on glands
Okay so a bit of a weird one, recently I have just started to be able to pull my foreskin over my head, and can now see my head.
However, it is covered in wrinkles and is super dry … is this something serious ?

I am guessing the wrinkles pretty much disappear when you are erect. Probably something you just didn’t notice before, but a little skin lotion wouldn’t hurt.
The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
