Strange vein on the acorn

Hello, I’ve had this issue, but I never had addressed it: there’s a strange vein-like thing on my acorn.

When soft, it cannot be seen nor felt, but as I get harder, it becomes a bit more noticeable, and finally when really hard, it does stick out.

I don’t know what to make of it, or think about it. I could maybe speculate that it might have came from me using the Penis pump for a long part of 2017, but I had periods of break every 3 weeks for a few days, and I hadn’t gone back to actively using it since.

Can anyone offer some guesses as to what it might be, and if its anything to be concerned with?

Has it been there since 2017?

Is there any pain associated with it?

It might have been there. I know it sounds ridiculous, but after I stopped doing PE, I mostly only got hard at night after turning off the lights, hence why I didn’t have an eye on it as much, plus the whole factor of it only being visible when really hard.

It doesn’t hurt at all, I feel no pain, there is nothing to it, other than the fact that it sticks out. I am willing to go to a doctor about it, but I first rather ask around and get at least a bit informed on the topic.

When ballooning really hard I get something similar. At times looks almond like varicose veins. Disappears when flaccid
