Well I’m proud to say that I went all day with out a cig. Can’t say I didn’t want one though. But gaining my erections 100% is more important to me than anything right now.
I know you weren’t looking for advice on quitting, but try the Patch. If you can do it cold turkey then you are a better man than I. Personally, I don’t think I could have made it without the Patch. I smoked for 12 years, and when I finally decided to quit, I was up to 2 1/2 packs a day. I didn’t do like some smokers do. I call them conversational smokers. That’s people who light a cig and only take two puffs, because they spend the whole time talking and swinging their arms in the air for dramatic effect. When I fired up a square, I smoked it quick and all the way down to the cotton. I just want you to know if I can quit, you can too. Also, find something to do with your hands. The oral fixation thing is part of the habit.
Now to answer you question. Quitting was the first best thing I did to improve my erections (of course pumping/PE was the second best thing). I just felt better physically, and I could breath for the first time in years. So stay strong and good luck to you my friend.
