Just curious - does anyone know what amount of Zinc could possibly be toxic to the human body? And would daily intake create an abundance of storage in the body?

I was told by my wife who is a nurse that 200mg is max for zinc. She is an RN who works at an old folks home and said they get up to 200mg a day. Not sure though.

The biggest one I shot was when I was drinking raw juice for 1 week straight. I’m talking beets, carrots, celery, garlic, radish and 6 other things in the juice. I called it crazy juice. 7. Keigels 1000 - 3000 a day.
8. Visualization exercizes.
9. Exercize and sleep (obvious)
10. Visualization and imagination exercizes. The key here is to really put yourself in the scene your imagining. FEELING what it would feel like is the key. Imagine your wife or girlfriends breasts covered in an unbelievable mess with the look of shock on her face.

Now the most important thing when having sex is lots and lots of foreplay. See with me, I don’t really care about the load. That’s for the end. I make my wife cum about 20 times before that. I agree with what James is saying. Either you have the capacity or you don’t and much of that is about mind-set. Although L-arginine did improve my volume I know that when my libido is supercharged and my sexual focus is just right, it all comes together, so to speak.

(PS: You don’t need 100 mg of zinc a day, James. You probably don’t need more than 25 mg.)

Mountain Dew has relatively high caffeine as sodas go. Caffeine doesn’t help hydration.
