Rubbing the head and frenulum area proves just how sensitive it is. When I’ve worked myself upto the point of no return while ballooning or edging the slightest sensation in this area can push me over the edge, causing me to clench my pc like when ejaculating, then come the ejaculation contractions and its all over till I’m horney enough to go again…

Its even worse when I’m with my g/f as the slightest movement gets me at that point. Although I’ve learnt to not push myself THAT far, getting to the stage BEFORE the point of no return instead, I would be able to last much longer if I didnt have an instinctual clench every time my head was stimulated like that while very aroused. Making me able to pump faster for longer as she likes.

So I’m going to try and desensitize the area and will report back with results.
I’m also going to couple this with a kegel routine of 3x20 3sec clenches a day.

I’ve noticed that since I’ve been on the paxil that I seem to sleep a lot more than before. I can come home at night and lay down on the couch and be out like a light in no time. I bought mine at Costco… four to five pills a day.

Has anyone tried using something abrasive to desensitize their penis like Gurki is mentioning? I have one of those face scrub gloves and I’ve tried using that to massage my penis a few minutes in the shower but I haven’t had any spectacular results.

I don’t feel like the side effects were detrimental. Once I got through the first phase. I had no loss of appetite, no fatigue, no weight gain either. I’m thinking this is due to the fact that I drink lots of water.

McNitro: No, I have to take it regularly, three to four times a day like a regular medication. The effects do not kick in fully until after you have taken it for 2 weeks or so. It is not an ‘on-demand’ thing.

It works like a charm to increase feelings and speed up orgasm, i.e. counteracting the side effects of SSRIs.

Then that’s not really the charm we’re looking for. We want to slow orgasm, not speed it up. Hence the title of the thread. Not so much a charm as a curse…

But thanks anyway, I’m sure there will be some out there who need to speed up their orgasms.

I would like to know what dosage those that take Paxil are on.

I’m on 12.5 mg and have not noticed a positive result yet, in other words I’m still cumming to quickly.

At what dose did you notice your prem ejac problem fade?

I vary from 10 to 20mg depending when I think my girlfriend and I are going to have sex. It seems like too many 20’s in a row dulls my senses too much but too many 10’s make me cum a little quicker. For instance, she is coming over Saturday so I will take a 20 tomorrow and Saturday and should be good to go.

I started out on 20’s and the results were instantaneous.

Hi Nick, yeah I’m feeling fine. I’m just starting a new job a week from now, so I’m cautious about going back on the Paxil until I’ve settled into the job. I can’t afford to be distracted by any side effects at all.

But at the same time I really want to get back on it, becuase I’m coming so quickly it’s just stupid. When I compare it with the sex I was having on Paxil, I almost feel like there’s no point in having sex at the moment because it’s over too quickly. I can’t wait to get back to the wild monkey sex that goes on for over an hour and then some.

But I have to see the Doc in order to get the meds. So will probably arrange to do that soon after I start the new job.

Not on anything at the moment, but 10mg per day worked fine for me for about 6 months.
