My areola(round skin around your nipple) seems to be bigger then regular… everytime I take my tshirt off, I look like I got peperonnis on my nipples… is there anyway I can reduce them naturally? I like them when I get out the shower, they shrink up..

Plastic surgery.
You can stretch them, but once it is stretched - or if you were born with big round nipples, the only thing you have as a option is plastic surgery.
Wishing and hoping for the best - yup your doing it wrong.
that sucks… I would go through surgery but I am embarrass to tell my family about it.

Your estrogen levels might be high causing your nipples to grow.. Also remember hair around nipples can make them look bigger.
