How to make glans to look smoother?

I’m cut and my glans looks a bit rough like lizard skin, especially during flaccid. Is there anyway I can make it to look smoother texture wise?

Pull the loose skin all the way over it and cover with a Curad Ouchless band aid. It will not only smooth the glans, but increase sensitivity as well.

It does not have to be total restoration. Keeping the glans covered for a few hours each days will produce some of the same benefits without totally restoring.

You could also try lotion, non-cented, non-alcohol lotion, like Curel for dry skin.
