Drop in EQ - Low T Suddenly?

Background: Recently had 2 shoulder surgeries. After the first one, I restarted some basic PE stuff shortly after (January of this year). My morning erections were regular and got to the point to where they were strong enough to wake me up. Felt pretty good.

In February, had the second. I gained a decent amount of weight from the surgeries and inability to exercise/lift weights a lot (gained 15 pounds). Now that I’ve started exercising again over the last 4-5 weeks, my EQ has been crap. Rarely any morning wood. Slightly weaker erections/slower to get to 100% erect. I can still perform when the time comes, but just do not feel like I did back in January.

I’m restarting the PE newbie routine to see if I can get back to January’s state of EQ, but should I be concerned that my T levels have bottomed out over the last 5 months? Some other things I’m noticing is it is harder for me to lose weight, and some days my energy levels are a bit lower. I’m not showing a lot of other signs (such as ED), but still enough to concern me and make me think about getting tested.

I’d appreciate any feedback from anyone with similar stories and what they learned from all of it.
