I have a bit of a problem. I’ve got “bitch tits” :morose: . That is, they are really pointy and they look stange. It’s especially the nipples that are pointy. It looks really stupid, particulary when I wear thight T-shirts and such. This is a constant problem, not just when it’s cold or I’m aroused.

Is this a problem many males have? Is there something I can do about it? What causes it? Hormones?

I’m in my early 20s, and I’m quite fit. Far from fat or overweight. My beer consumption is less than one bottle per week (I’ve heared that beer contains lots of a substance which is closly related to female hormones).

Does anyone know if there is something I can do?
Please help, I’m getting desperate here, summer’s around the corner, and I wanna be able to wear fit clothes.

If not, the chances of you having gyno are pretty low. It has happened before, but a very small percentage of men contract it during puberty.

Here’s a quick test you can do: feel around behind your nipple, if there is a distinct lump of hard tissue there, then that may be breast tissue. If its been there for a while then the only way of removing it is surgery. Go to your doctor and have him double check, and then get the surgery.

If there is no lump, then it’s likely just fat, or you just have big nipples. Every man puts on fat differently. For me the chest has always been a problem area, even at a relatively low body fat % there is a decent amount there. Just life I guess…

Nope. No Steroids.

Felt around a bit. Got almost no “meaty” tissue under/behind the nipple. It’s actually very soft, I can feel my ribs with almost no force at all.

It’s probably just fat then.

Flat bench is the best for overall chest developement. You should add some mass to your chest to counteract the flabbiness (no offense :) )

A kid I went to high school with had that specific problem. No roids either, just misfortune you could say. He had his corrected via plastic surgery, some type of liposuction but off the chest.

My upper chest is actually my least “beefed up” muscle group.

Never really liked the look of big tits (on men :D !).
But it sure as hell beat these pointy things.

The first thing you need to do is get your bodyfat checked. Many people are fit, but still have a high bodyfat percentage. The rule of thumb that I have always been taught is that 12% is the point where you will start to see your abs poking through. Getting your upper chest larger really wont help that much because the fat in that area will still be there, except on a bigger platform. My advice is to lower your bodyfat percentage to around 10-12%. If you are already there then you have a genetic problem and you might have to work even harder to lose them, or seek a cosmetic professional if they really bother you that badly. Good luck:)

Generally it is caused by excess estrogen in the body.I have studied steriods and was a user for one and a half years.You can get excess estrogen from alot of supplements like Androstenedione,Androstenediol,4-AD,etc.These convert to estrogen in the body much different than testosterone.
