Which Supplements not to Combine?

HI Guys,

Having seen my EQ get worse the last couple of months (mainly due to stress and unhealthy lifestyle) I have been trying to improve my EQ. Besides a healthier diet and getting back in shape I am also trying different supplements.

I am currently taking:
- Multivitamins (witch some Ginseng)
- Zinc
- Arginine
- Sunflower Lecithin

I take the above In general for better health and bigger loads.

Now I also bought the following for increasing T-levels, energie, libido and Erection quality:

- Boron
- ginkgo biloba
-Golden Root Rhodiola rosea
-Maca (with Panax Ginseng)
-Ashwagandha
-Tribulus terristris

Is there any of these I should not be mixing or that are simply worthless or just do too much of the same thing or even cancel each other out?

Would be great to get some advice. I should mention no adverse affects to any of these yet.
Thanks!
Uncas

Multivitamins pills have their nutrients chelated, so incompatibility won’t happen here. To be sure, let to have the Zinc far away from the multivitaminic.

These other supplements will be hard to tell, even with a Google search on the articles.

Do heavy research on rhodiola, maca and ashwaganda.
They can kill erections.

This will get you going real good, except I had to stop taking it because the fenugreek made me eat constantly.

I now take (among other things) but main combination is,
Fadogia
Tribulus
pycnogenol
Vitamin d
Rhino jack

I should clarify,

Maca is probably ok it just didn’t do anything for me.

Thanks for the advice. I will start taking my ZInc and vitamins separate. I will probably start taking the zinc after lunch.

Maca also seems to have little affect on me but I keep taking it for the mean time.

What about? rhodiola, and ashwagand. What makes you say it can have a reverse affect on EQ? It seems from all I read that it helps EQ. Anyway my EQ is much better now after taking these supplements so it is working for me. Not sure exactly what is doing the trick though but I feel that Rhodiola is definitely helping me.

No definitely not antidepressant the fight the stress if present in the body and mind symptoms but not strictly antidepressants .
One could think that Rhodiola would be a closer relative to SSRI’s

Lol, ok good luck

If Google are directing us to scientific articles, it is fine.

Wikipedia I’m not sure tho.

Sometimes Dr Google becomes too much crap and misinformation learn to make your own judgments first learn your body how it reacts take things one at the time discover the benefits consult professionals in the respective field then when you have exhausted all then heck google for additional information.

Not self diagnosis at your fingertips

Which of these supplements have SSRI’s?

The do not have SSIR that just potentially act as SSRI however they are adaptogens for herbd or roots Gigseng. Whitannia sommifera =Ashwaghanda, Rhodiola they are not bad at all help you balance your body and get rid of stress and provide stamina and endurance that is a small part that marketing sells.
