Vitamin discoloring. B2 - Riboflavin

Starting up this thread since I couldn’t find anything on vitamin B2/Riboflavin. Also saw some folks talking about a slight change in semen color as they aged. Disclaimer: There might be some more concerning reasons for this so you should probably talk to your doc. Just in case.

I’m not getting into the general effects of vitamin B2. What I wanted to shed a light on was its property to color our bodily fluids yellow. It’s a water-soluble vitamin that can discolor our urine and semen if taken in larger quantities. Gave me a little scare when I first started to notice. Thought I should share here in case other folks are in the same situation.
I take supplements and those in themselves cover the daily necessity of B2. I also eat a lot of B2 rich foods like innards and eggs. What first fixed it for me was cutting the supplements for a short period. Now I just drink a lot more water and eat celery. Thought the whole celery thing was a scam meme, but it works fine.

Anyone had similar experience or knows of vitamins or minerals with similar properties?

PS. Posting here since I’m a new user.
