Rather than continue to takeover a thread that was for a slightly different topic, I’m going to take my relevant data, start a new thread and attempt to keep it on topic.

About a month ago I started taking a version of Ganesh10in’s Cumtastic Shake from Untraditional PE Exercises

1⁄2 Cup Powdered Lecithin
1⁄4 Cup Raw Wheat Germ or 1⁄2 Tsp. of Wheat Germ Oil
1 Tbs. Maca Root (Gelatinized preferred)
2 Tsp. Bee Pollen (Caution: You may be highly allergic to Bee Pollen! Try in small doses first, to determine body’s reaction.)
1 Tbs. Raw Honey

- When desired, also add Fresh Dates and/or Almonds soaked overnight with their skins removed. This is especially good after much ejaculation has recently occurred.

Increased Fertility –
The theory is that if your body is not producing healthy sperm, it’s less likely to make a big effort to create a lot of seminal fluid to support it. If you have lots of healthy little-guys swimming around in your gonads, you need some juice to let them live on. Therefore, healthy sperm equals a greater ejaculation. Also, it’s just good to know that not only can you put on a big show, but you can also deliver the goods and make her a baby. Chicks dig this.

Generalized Health and Energy –
Because semen is made of many of the same building blocks that are required for our brain, nervous system, and general health – providing the body with enough nutrients to make more seminal fluid, keeps the whole body healthy; and you can afford to spew more cum. In eastern medicine, seminal fluid contains the highest amount of Ojas, or life energy in the body – and when it is depleted – it is extremely hard to build back up again.

In eastern medicine, anything sweet tasting will help to increase cum, while anything bitter tasting or astringent will reduce cum volume (dark leafy greens, rye, etc.). Particularly good foods from an Ayurvedic standpoint to fill the body back up with Ojas are whole raw milk, almonds, and dates – so I will often include these in my shake, in addition, or consume them after ejaculating (it’s best to soak the almonds overnight and peel off their skins). I almost always feel the energetic effects of an ejaculation, unless it’s late in the evening: I often feel muddy-headed, tiered, lethargic, a little sick. When I ingested this recipe for several weeks, these effects diminished considerably.

So there it is, the recipe I currently use.

I’m still only doing one shake per day as opposed to two as prescribed in the original thread, which in and of it self is roughly half of the ingredient intake of the original as well, but I AM seeing results!

Hopefully this thread will help someone out. I know getting a juicer is a big investment for pretty much anyone, but one can be found for a good price from time to time online, as well as in local thrift stores (if you get lucky and find one that is in good working order).

Last night I decided to try the above listed recipe with 1/4 cup +3 tablespoons of lecithin granules and no other recipe alterations. It blended together well, and went down easily enough. However, a few hours later I was beset by some rather serious gas. if only I could have harvested it for fuel purposes HA! But in all seriousness, it was a very unpleasant experience and I did not feel well for the next three hours as I was fully digesting the shake. On the bright side, it was only gas, and there was no other issues noted. This just goes to confirm for my body that I have my recipe dialed in regarding amounts for ingredients.

Raw maca can be hard on the stomach.

I have read that several times on this forum as well. I am reasonably certain my stomach troubles/ gas last night were not related to the maca as that particular dosage has remained constant since I started with this shake. Other than changing how much lecithin and wheat germ is in the shake, everything is the same.

I changed the lecithin for the above listed reasons, and the wheat germ because it makes it more drinkable for me.

Generally speaking, I’m no expert on anything PE related, but I know that this shake, in these concentrations is working for me. Hopefully this recipe will work for someone else as well. I have yet to make and drink the shake today, but I know that I am feeling just fine now, and I expect that I will be feeling just fine after I drink and digest it. It follows that I will be returning to my normal formulation with regards to lecithin.

had the shake last night with my “normal” recipe and felt just fine. Looks like I’ve got it dialed in to being just right for me. Now to hit the grocery store and get more celery, ginger, garlic and milk. I think it might be time to try two a day for a little while.

I think I’m going to adjust the amount of lecithin granules down to just 1/4 cup. I’m also going to try making it for breakfast as opposed to later in the day.

Other than that, things are going well with it!

My cum volume isn’t insane, but when I am well hydrated it is very good on this regimen. I still need to look into combining this with the “Holy Grail” program also found on this forum.

An experiment with disappointing results the other day was “Chinese Celery.” I was in a time crunch while at my local Asian market getting Ginger among other things I like to go there for. They were sold out of the celery I usually get so I opted to get the Chinese variant. The stalks are very thin, and they have a lot of leafs up top. When I juiced half a pack of Chinese Celery, it produced barely half of the juice I am used to extracting from an equivalent volume of regular celery. So, I did the whole thing and got the volume I was looking for. Taste wise, it is VERY green. Not bad, but not what I was expecting either. Given the cost of Chinese Celery vs. regular celery, I will not be purchasing it again. Glad I tried it out though.

Pro Tip: Don’t buy Ginger at your regular supermarket if you have an alternative. At my usual supermarket or WalMart, Ginger can easily cost $4.99 USD per pound. The Asian market I like to go to has it for $0.99 USD per pound. Much better! Plus they have all of the other vegetables and food stuffs I like to get that you just can’t get at a more common USA style supermarket.

I’m going to be trying this recipe with only 2 Tbsp of wheat germ in it for a bit. I just don’t understand the function of it in the formula. The rest I get however. Hopefully, the decrease in the wheat germ amount will not affect things, and I can try rebalancing the amount of lecithin. I wonder if that is what causes the gastro side effects? Time to find out.
