My Power Supplement Breakfast.

Falling back from my PE routine a bit, I have entered a more physical routine at the gym. I haven’t forgotten about PE, in fact it’s all part of my process. I still do “minor” stretches and wet jelqs in the shower. What I have added to this complete life transforming mix is a power packed breakfast, with added supplements. Fresh fruit, whey protein shakes, and three supplements. All of this seems to be doing incredible things and I thought I’d share.

I know L-arginine and maca have been talked about in quite detail here. If it wasn’t for this site I would have never known the power these two supplements held. For my gym workouts, a few weeks ago I decided to add a testosterone boosting aid.

What I have noticed. My flaccid penis is thicker and heavier than ever. My erections seem longer and thicker as well.

What I make of this….Possible ideas?

1. It could be just the supplements working miracles. Bullshit!! Because I don’t believe in miracle penis pills. Yet, I think these supplements are having a positive effect in some way.
2. What I believe is really causing this?

First, Having a healthier diet with more water consumption.
Second, The gym workouts and possible reduction of the fat pad.
Third, a very light PE routine (not overworking)
Fourth, the added supplements.

I thought I would add this thread, because it might be a help to others here. Something you may want to experiment with? Something you may want to try and find out for yourself?

All I know is something is happening to my penis, with very little effort given to a PE routine and I love the results. :D

I went on a fruit-juice purge back in May for about two weeks. It felt great, and combined with laying off PE I noticed some improvements as well. It’s hard to maintain that pace, but it’s fun when you’re in it.

Yes! Fruit juice. I found a local business that is into squeezing fresh fruit and veggie juices. They’re great and give a great punch…not “punch” as in the drink…Haha!! I’d probably save a lot of money by doing it myself, but don’t like the hassle and mess. It’s just much quicker to grab a bottle that’s premade.

Once I notice this to be putting a big hole in my wallet, I’m sure this fad will die out for me too. But for now, I do enjoy the refreshing and rejuvenating feelings from it.

Didn’t got the desired effects from the supplements I’ve tried, and I did a bunch. Think I detailed them all on my thread.

Arginine and citrulline was the supplements that I abused more.

For health in general yes, but I do not use everything together at one time, I use it for a period and I stop to use others. It is also difficult to say that it helped the penis gains, the main one will always be the exercises. Astaxanthin is a potent antioxidant, arginine and lysine use together for physical, ginseng because of the fatigue that I feel. (I’m not prescribing anything)

Thanks for clarifying Lenny. I was thinking you may have had some negative effects from certain supplements. Good to know at least, that wasn’t the case.

Thanks jojota. So you just decide to take one supplement for a while, then stop, and move onto another? That’s different and very interesting . If it works for you, that’s great.

I’m really not sure if my concoction has been any sort of help either? I’m really not in anyway promoting this and saying it will give you gains. It’s just what I have been taking and I thought I’d share. All I do know is I haven’t been doing any sort of regular routine and I feel longer and thicker than ever. Something’s happening and I don’t know what’s causing it? What’s also come to my mind is that maybe just doing the minimal stretches and jelqs I’m doing could be more beneficial than a full routine? Less work producing greater gains? Who knows, right?

Yes, not to overload the body at one time, are many products that I use, and many with similar effects that could potentiate each other, and that would not be legal
