Power jelqs vs. Two hand squeezes?

Power jelqs vs. Two hand squeezes?

Anyone here able to compare the two? I mean my current workout consists of JUST two handed squeezes which means: getting almost fully erect and squeezing off at the base palm down to “clamp off” blood flow back to the body and then squeezing with the first two fingers and thumb of the other hand (again palm down) and squeezing as hard as is comfortable for about 5 seconds, switching hands and repeat for about 30-45 minutes a session. Doing this once a day so far. This is my COMPLETE workout no jelqing of any kind. Anyone done something like this SOLEY for a workout with no jelqing AND also have experience with JUST power jelqs or regular jelqing? I’d prefer if you could give insight on power jelqs as your only exercise but I realise many guys have multiple exercises in their routines. I’m just searching for the most effective routine. I want to keep it to ONE exercise and wanted to see if anyone had experience enough to compare power jelqs or even “regular” jelqs to two handed squeezes….as to which they felt engorged the penis more. See guys I’ve been around between the original (…whatever it was) forum to this place for geez over a year and a half now and I still look for advise! By the way, if it’s not totally apparent…I want mostly girth here.

How goes it?

I am mostly trying to hang now, but in the past I found squeezes to be better than jelqing. I felt much more engorged and it was a lot easier on the skin. Also, no mess. I think Big Al says you don’t need to do squeezes for nearly as long as you do them. I think he says go about 5 minutes or so although he prefers you count reps rather than go for time.

I just warm up with jelqs and than switch to a fully erect squeeze jelq for a total of 20 min try for twice a day 5 days a week but it’s been more like once a day. warning newbies shouldn’t do fully erect squeezes or jelqing. I think for girth nothing beats the squeeze but it seems to be harder on my penis I need to take more rest time.

Thats pretty much what I had thought. I’ve been getting VERY good workouts with the squeezes, just wanted to reafirm that. Plus, it’s been so long (something like 9 months +) since I’ve done power jelqs.

what are ya’lls’ gains with squeezes? i just started doing them and i feel they are more of a workout than jelqing.

Stillwantmore, don’t you think that 30-45 nins are a lot. I mean, i read from plenty guys in this good forum or other that you shouldn’t overdo your workout. I’m an expert in this area but i think we shouldn’t go more than 20 min per day. i feel it’s not right to. I know some people have a great gains from a lot of work like Bib. BTW, Bib sad that he may get the same results with less work.
But i know more people how get gains from just a few mins (15-25)a day, 5-6 on and 1-2 thermo or ULI.
MY point is we do alot because we think that the more i do the more i get, isn’t wrong thought????
I think everyone begun with 10- 20 work per day but than we get advise from almost everyone to do more exercices with hope for more gains. Because it’s a narural thought, and that’s the problem!!!!!!! we should just keep working 10 - 25 min a aday like Thermo said or ULI or others. i can’t remember the names.
so what i would like to sey is this: what ever you do,pLease DON’T OVERDO IT. it doesn’t matter you do just jelq or hang weight or ULI or squeezing or streching.

We have all to experiment with this frame of time and we will see about 2 months how the things go.

again this is just my analyse of what i’ve read from september of this year. I hope that i could help with this.

May apply to some here. On a more intense exercise like powerjelqs or squeezes sure for the newer guy 15-whatever minutes may be ok and may yield great results. Then again, you have to factor in (with jelqing/squeezing exercises at least) something like physical (hand/forearm) strength which relates to how much force you can put on your penis during those types of exercises as well as how long have you been doing PE in general and what type of stresses is your penis already used to? A stronger man may get a VERY good, intense workout in with a 20 minute routine….then again a guy who may not be as strong may need 30-45 minutes to get the same type of workout results. There are a LOT of individual factors…too many to delve into here that contribute to or determine what one should do for their routine to list. Some guys (like ULIstretch) got great results from working out twice a day, 2 on one off. What it really boils down to though more than anything though….I feel is what are you PERSONALLY able and willing to contribute to your PE routine/schedule. Whatever you choose to do has to be modeled to YOU and what you want….do you want length AND girth or just one of those? Not soley based on what someone else has said works for them. Great way to figure this out would be to choose a basic routine and then use it and stick with it for at least a month and then go from there. If you feel it’s giving the results you want great stick with it. If not make some suttle changes and go from there. I’ve been at this “venture” or I guess you could call it a Penis Enlargement Success Journey …sounds like a good book title ;) for over a year and a half now and am still learning. I look forward to gains in the near future.

Start (october 2010) : BPEL 18,5 cm ; EL 17,5 cm ; MSEG 13,75 cm ,BEG 14,25 cm ;FL 12 cm ; FG 10,75 cm ; BPFSL 18,5 cm

3 months later ( January 2011) : BPEL 19 cm ; EL 18 cm ; MSEG 14 cm ; BEG 14,5 cm FL (hard to say if it grows due to size shifting of the soft state.. The same as before or bigger!) ; FG 11 cm ; BPFSL 19 cm***all hard sizes taken @ my hardest and doing a kegel***Goal: cementing a round 18 x 14 hard coupled with a good EQ.

This sounds very dangerous to me.

I guess it’s a good work out as long as you are careful and if your unit can handle it. Doesn’t sound like a beginners routine.

It has to be almost full erect, but still expand when you squeeze it and have that spongy feeling to it.

And I think you mean “Uli” exercises. Look them up, there is a few variants of it. Great exercise, but not for beginners.
