What is your problem. Perhaps tyrosine and phenylalanine may not be the answer but perhaps something else will.

Should I follow the recommendations on the bottle for taking these supplements? With Arginine you must take much more than the recommended amount to see effects, so should I up my dosage of Tyrosine and Phenylalanine or do what the bottle says?

Suggested use of Tyrosine: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily, with water. (1 capsule is 500 mg)

Suggested use of Phenylalanine: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 2 to 3 times daily, on an empty stomach with water. (1 capsule is 500 mg)

And here’s the Suggested use of Arginine: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 1 to 4 times daily between meals with water. (1 capsule is 1000 mg)

Well, I take 8 capsules of Arginine at nighttime, so how should I take Tyrosine and Phenylalanine?

According to directions. You may want to switch to alpha arginine keto glutarate you can take less and it does more than regular arginine. Take arginine with vitamin “C” it will work better.

When I was taking tyrosine years ago I would take it on an empty stomach. It does not like to compete with other amino acids.

Is it possible to take Arginine AKG not in powder form? What do I do with powder form? This is the best deal I could find:

They carry Alpha arginine keto glutarate at Wal-Mart in capsule form for around 10$. The brand is NOS Pump. Infact Wal-Mart carrie two different brands of AKG. It is usually located where they sell whey protein near the pharmacy.

Do I take the recommend dosaging or do I need to overdo it like I am with Arginine (8g daily)?

Start out with the recommended, because I do believe AAKG is a bit stronger than regular arginine.
I take between 4-6 grams. Right now I’m cycled off of arginine. I will picking some up Wednesday.

I am taking 7g of AAKG and 8g of Arginine daily and I only noticed the effects 30 minutes after my first dosage. What is wrong with my penis? Am I not supposed to take AAKG with Arginine? Maybe that’s why I only had effects the first night.

Whatever happened to the human species where people think there is always something better. Just eat real meals, don’t take stupid shit, and be active throughout your day, and you won’t need bullshit wonder drugs/supplements.

Sometimes when I read the supplements forum, I wonder how we beat out all the other species for dominance.

I agree, I wish it was that simple. Nothing wrong with corrective medicine or diets.
