Holy Grail of Cum Load Increase

My main concern before I started my modified stack was DISTANCE first, then volume. Pre-cum was of little concern.
But distance is something that can be improved over time no problem. The magic is in the KEGELS, and lots of them. I’m sure you have heard the term, but they can be done anywhere, at anytime. Even while talking to someone. Hell, I’m doing them right now. Pretty much you squeeze the muscles that you use to hold in a fart, or “pinch one off” so to speak. I know, very descriptive. Could use some medical insight from Dr. CerealGuy ;) Read up on kegels and the right way to do them, and my advice to you for max distance is vary your hold times. Don’t be predictable because muscles are smarter than you think and get used to the same movements, and routine. It also has to do with HOW you approach your orgasm. Practice edging, which is just getting to the point of climax and not cumming. Do this before ejaculating a few times to test your will power, and build pressure up. Repeat this as much as you can, come close to climax, then back off without cumming while maintaining an erection. The more you do this, the more pressure your load will have leaving the barrel. Again, I don’t know the scientific or medical implications or kegels or edging, I just am speaking from personal experience and in layman’s term so the common ThunderPlacerian can understand. I hope this helps, and hope everyone can understand my ramble.

Sounds like it could be legit to me. I held off on arginine because I used to take it in the morning not too long before breakfast and it wreaked havoc on my guts and gave the sensation of having to use a toilet. Over a long weekend I plan to see what happens if I start taking arginine before bed instead of close to a meal

Thanks, huskies! I’ll take the advice to heart. I’ve heard of them and did them infrequently years ago. I’ll try to start a regimen and get into the habit of kegels and edging to help with the distance problems.

I sometimes take a supplement called AI Sports Perform. It definitely makes me hornier and possibly increases load and stamina. However, it also makes me edgy/moody and more likely to be aggressive in day to day life so I have stopped taking it.

It has maca, longjack, tribulis terrestris and fenugreek in it. Do any of you have any suggestions as to which of these may be giving the less pleasant side effect, so I can try the others on their own or together?
