I am new to the site, though I have read 99% of this thread. I saw the information regarding load increase and thought I would give it a shot. I am in generally good health.
My stack, with brands.
L-Arginine (1,447 mg) - Good ‘N Natural
L-Ornithine (900 mg) - Good ‘N Natural
L-Lysine (1,200 mg) - Good ‘N Natural

Zinc (50 mg) - Good ‘N Natural
Ultra Standardized Pygeum (100 mg) - PipingRock. Com
Sunflower Lecithin (1200mg) - PipingRock. Com
A word on the first three combined supplements. The serving size on the bottle says “4 tablets”, giving the 50 count bottle 12 full servings in total. I have only been taking one of these a day. So in reality I have only been taking, per day:
L-Arginine (361.75 mg)
L-Ornithine (225 mg)
L-Lysine (300 mg)

I started taking the L-Supplements and Zinc for about a 5 days now. The other Pygeum and Lecithin were harder to come by and just arrived today. As far as I can tell, in taking the 1/4 sized dosages of the L-Supplements and the normal dosage of Zinc, my erection has been more firm, comes on easier, and my ejaculate is substantially larger. I would say my standard prior to the stack has been maybe 3 medium sized spurts, maybe a few ropes included. But now, I can say, that with edging included, I can have 5 to 8 good spurts still with a few ropes included. The pleasure has also increased.
I don’t really have a good way to measure volume. Perhaps I can purchase a small vessel with measures. I am interested to see how it might increase for me with adding in the remainder of the stack (Pygeum / Lecithin).
My question is, would anyone here recommend that I perhaps try taking the L-Supplements at the “Holy Grail” mg levels? Or should I wait to see how the Pygeum / Lecithin works out?
