Herbal Product called "ENTENGO"

I was looking online at some Herbal Supplements while doing my PE exercises in the tub, and I was wondering if Anyone (Domestic in the USA or Internationally) know about the “ENTENGO” herb and if so, where can I find some? This is a South African herb, and it is only found in South Africa
