Do you think Papaverine or Prostaglandin can be used topically???

How do you think one would prepare a cream or mixture of these? If I have the usp grade of each, im wondering what would be a safe way of using it topically? anyone?

Depends on the molecular weight. Anything over 300 wont go through the skin.

Papaverine can be made into a transdermal. Prostaglandins would require an expensive and elaborate solvent to allow transdermal application. Try searching ‘papaverine gel’ in google to find directions on how to make the gel. It is quite easy, but expensive to get the chemicals.
