Best erection supplements
I’ve done a lot of searching and found many ideas, but would like to hammer it down more and answer a few additional q’s.
Main question is what is the best supplement to increase and improve erections naturally? Arginine/AAKG, Tongkat Ali, Macca, Horny Goat Weed, Gingko, Pomegranate, Ginseng, Cordyceps, etc.? Or something else you’d like to add to the list?
If you suggest Arginine/AAKG have you noticed it to cause increased sensitivity leading to an inability to last as long in bed? Found someone mentioned that in one thread, but nowhere else.
If Pomegranate, what form (extract, pill, juice)? If a juice, does it have to be pure Pomegranate? I was in the store the other day and saw bottles of Pom juice mixed with other juices and they were about $5. However, there was a 100% Pom Juice that was around $12 and that would only be about 4 glasses.
Also, effectiveness and side effects for each person are different, I understand that, but I would like to hear about side effects you personally have noticed. Especially since I’m not interested in taking a product that does something like increasing acne or anxiety. After I get some suggestions I’ll look more into side effects as I already have.
I’m not interested in Viagra or Cialis (nor do I need them, just looking for a little improvement) and I figure there’s really no need to spend extra money on getting herbal viagras that contain 12 ingredients and cost $30-60 for a one month supply. Whereas something like AAKG could have 3 months for $25.
Of course I’ll get improved erections from Kegels, beginning PE, etc, but would like to get a head start and have it add some circulation help for the PE itself.
