Bad news about Vitamin E ?

I have seen a lot of recommendations here for taking Vitamin E.
I thought I will lookup on this supplement before I start using it.

Seems like there is a lot of negative things about Vitamin E.

I never was a big believer in vitamin E I just take whatever is in my multivitamin.
