atrial fibrillation question

I have a family member currently on coumadin that is experiencing excessive bleeding and bruising problems. Ximelagatran, a potential alternative, has failed FDA tests. I have not been able to find other treatments within the main stream medical community. I have found a number of sites expounding ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid for atrial fibrillation, but all have a snake oil or Doc Lin style web layout.

Any advise?

The more I read up on EDTA Chelation Therapy, I just may try it myself for the oral version for protection from Coronary Artery Disease.

I have Atrial Fib but I only have ot take one asprin a day to keep my blood thin. I guess I am lucky at that. I have to steer away from caffine and alcohol.
