Stings to pee after girth..

This has just started happening recently.. when I’m done with my girth workout (jelqs + squeezes), I warm wrap and this makes me want to pee.. but when I do, it stings :( . This only happens right after girth, or maybe the next time I need to go. It seems the more head exercises I do the more I get it too :/ any advice? Ta.

take a break for a day or 2.

You may have created a small tear in your urethra or meatus (pee hole). As whoareyou said, you probably should take a few days off to let it heal.
