Something appeared between the skin and the shaft

Yesterday I noticed something on the left side of my shaft, close to the base and under the skin. It’s something like a 1.5 cm thing with a veiny texture. I squeezed it gently and it sort of "melted" beneath the skin. The texture felt like a somehow stronger fat tissue. But it appears again, same position, same veiny texture. When I move my skin up and down the shaft (I am uncut), the fragment moves with the skin, but I can also move it under the skin.

I only do manual exercises: dry jelqs and long hold inverted V stretches

I am sure this is nothing new for some people, just hope the right persons will read this and let me know what this is and how to deal with it.

I think I had something similar a few weeks ago. For me I think I went back jelqing to hardcore after a couple of weeks break and did some damage, I stopped my routine and did 2x hot wrap (morning & evening) for over a week and then started my routine back 1 day on 1 day off, things seem ok so far.

Search "thrombosed vein" and see if any of the results sound similar to what you have.
