So I did another newbie routine today
And I noticed that it gave me a red spot on the top of my shaft
It’s not very big, like the wound after you got pricked by a needle, if I move my scrotum around it moves with it
This is probably minor, but what should I do with this?
Leave it for a few days and don’t do any exercises.
When the spot has subsided give it a couple more days and when you start again, take it easy on the pressure you are exerting on your unit. Too much pressure is the cause of the spots.
