Possible Injury from Squeezing

Hi all.

I incorporated squeezes in my workouts a while ago, and I may have overdone it once.

I was doing a double squeeze (one hand gripping the base of the penis, one gripping below the glans), when I felt a little stinging pain in my glans, most likely from squeezing too hard.

I stopped PE after that. It’s been approximately 10 days since I stopped PE. My EQ and size are normal, everything functions normally. This was never a problem.

However, I ocassionaly feel a slight stinging pain (similar to when you get small stones in urine) when I get really hard or when I really need to pee. I also have a small, darker spot on my glans (not black, but definitely darker than the area around and than this area usually was).

Does anyone know what this could be? It doesn’t seem to be just a glans bruise, and I am not sure what to make of that stinging pain.

I’m no expert(not even close), but try taking some time off. No point in risking it. Come back when you feel 100% or visit your doctor if the problem persists

That’s a small injury most of us have had. Like Kyle said, take more time off to let it heal on its own.

I had the same type of injury. I just had to wait it out. Mine was much worse though because I squeezed with a device.

Oh yeah the bathmate gave me this once when I was overdoing it toward the end of my workout. Just take time off and when you start back up just take it easy with the crazy pressures in case you have a bathmate. Its weird though because pressing the area firmly doesn’t make the inside sting but brushing the skin does. I guess the glans has lots of nerves that’s why
