So i have a question ….i have a cord-like thing that runs across the top of my shaft that prevents me from doing BTC stretches…..it burns like hell everytime ….i really don’t know what is this but i am afraid to stretch BTC because of this ….Can i post a pic here in my thread ??or is it forbidden?

ok…here is the pic….this thing just burns when i do btc stretches with one foot raised…if i do regular stretches i just can’t feel lig stretch that’s why i tried BTC …but as you can see this is a problem here

OK, that is your suspensory ligament and everything is normal. It is just that in that stretch position, you are putting it under maximum load. So I would say you are doing the right thing, but just don’t pull so hard and you should become a little more accustomed to it as you get further conditioned to the stretch. You can also use other stretches at different angles that are more comfortable as you already mentioned.

Edit: On further investigation, I think that may actually be your fundiform ligament which is a group of 3 ligaments: the fundiform ligament of penis, suspensory ligament of penis, and arcuate pubic ligament that attach your penis to the body. Learning something new everyday myself! :)

Thanks for the reply…. the problem is that i cant stretchy ligs with normal stretches, my penis feels so stiff when i stretch it thats why i tried the btc stretch.. should i try to stretch it till the burning fades out or not… the strange thing is , with regular stretches this ligament doesn’t stretch at all , only with btc

I think just don’t use so much force when doing the btc and see if you slowly get more conditioned to this stretch and get less pain when doing it. You don’t want to do anything so hard as to cause injury.

Ooook thanks… i dont even pull to much during btc stretch… because it burns lile hell… i will try to keep every stretch with steady force , hoping to overpass the burning in time….. even a 0.1 inch gain will be awesome for me..
