Sorry if I’m posting this on the wrong place.. And sorry for my english, I’m from Brasil!!
I started doing PE about three weeks now.. The basics:
1)5-10min - warm towel
2) stretch - 5 ways
3)100 jelqs (in the beginning I was doing a lot more, and a lot more aggressive, but I felt it was too much, so I backed off a bit, in numbers and in intensity)
4) cool down (or warm down? Don’t know the difference!)
5)I’m doing one day PE, one day rest..
6) Kegels every day - morning, afternoon and night.
I haven’t measured it yet, but my dick feels way better, specially girth! I really got in sync with my jelqs and feel them doing the work they should.. The problem is I seem to be facing a little lost of EQ!
Looking at my erection before and now, I see that before my dick used to point straight out or a little upwards! Now, however, my dick is pointing a little lower and don’t get that rock erection as before! Right now I stopped PE for a few days to see whats the deal..
The more important, I noticed the base of my penis, just in the beginning of the shaft and into the body, is sort of “week”? I don’t know who to explain exactly in english, but it don’t seem to be “holding” the penis up as before, or sending in the same amount of blood, can you grasp what I’m trying to say??
I looked up a little and came to the conclusion that it might be something related to de IC muscle.. Or the kegels I’ve been doing, can it be one of these thing? Or did I ended up hurting myself?
If not, hope you guys can give me some help on the matter. Really enjoying PE e seeing results on size, don’t wanna stop now!
