Injury - Redness on penis

Hi,

Since I moved to a clamping + pumping routine six months ago I haven’t made an injury. Prior to this routine I clamp for twelve months with only one injury.

My routine is two sets of 10min of clamping (with heat before each sets) and after two sets of 20min of pumping with a heating pad, I jelq for 2 min between the sets.
I also don’t clamp on weekends but I do pumping, I use tadalafil daily (5mg) and I have not any problem with EQ.

I injured myself after moving my second set of pumping to 20min (prior was 15min), I packed the tube (1.75) for lenght and I packed it much more moving to 40min of pumping than 35min before.

As you can see in the photo below redness/blackish spots appear on my penis, there are not painful but when I have very strong erection I have a slight pain on my left side where the spots are.

Does someone may know what is it?

Looks like common broken capillaries, most likely from the longer session time plus the amount of vacuum pressure you use. Back your routine back down to where it was before for awhile.

Ok, thank you for your answer, I was afraid it was something more serious knowing that it had never happened before.

I use a pressure of 5 / 6hg, I will go down a little and return to 35min of pumping.
