Injury issue.

Hello all, So about 2-3 weeks ago, While doing my Manuel girth routine I added in some new squeezes, and everything was fine, no pain, no red dots or marks, and I got epic expansion!! Then the day after my rest day, I started my routine again(I do 1 day on 1 day off 3-4 days a week). I warmed up, stretched, jelqed.. Then right after doing 3 ULI’S, I suddenly got this red spot in the middle of my shaft. Not a red dot, I am not sure if It was/is differently a burst blood vessel, or some type of stretch mark. I am no stranger to red dots and slight burst blood vessels, I have gotten them many times. Anyhow, this did not phase me at first because it started out very small in one spot, so I proceeded to do the rest of my ULI’S in that set and all of a sudden the spot expanded all around the middle of my shaft, kind of in a cow spot shape(you know how the cows have those black spots). This still did not phase me, because I had gotten this before, and I know it is harmless. So I decided to keep going on with my routine, when I began to finish the 2nd set of my ulis.. The patch was just expanding more, to a large amount, a little bit bigger than quarter, so out of caution.. I stopped, I have never had a burst/spot this large.

I took 3 days off, the spot was gone. I began to do my routine again, and boom, right as I began my ulis.. There it was again, smaller, but I did not want to continue the routine because I knew the spot would expanded again, and start the injury over. So I took off another 3 days, the spot was gone. Not wanting to chance it, I decided to take off another few days from my full routine, but I did not want to rest any longer so I began to do some very light and basic stretches, and right after a minute or so, the spot shows up again.

Its been 5 or 6 days now of rest, the spot is gone.. I decided to edge just to see if the spot would show up, after about 30 minutes of edging, no spot. Then I do a light dry jelq/uli.and there the damn spot appears again.. This time worse than ever, and for some reason it expanded lower towards my base. I don’t feel any pain, and the spot was/is very lighter now, as apposed to the dark red spot starting out. What ever happened, it is healing.. But it is certainly taking a long time.

I am going to take some more time off and this was definitely a result from using to hard of a grip and over doing it on my routine.. But man.this is ridiculous, I have never had an injury last this long, or do this. I know it will heal completely after a few more days off, but this is a bummer because I had just modified my routine, and I was getting ridiculous expansion, more than I got from clamping.
