I really need help

I really need help

Hi guys, I’m really desperate, and would mean the world to me if anyone could help.

I am a heavy smoker, and I’ve been noticing that my penis is very hard, even when it’s not erect. I feel like it doesn’t have much circulation, and there is a part, inside of it, that is constantly hard, cylindrical. I stopped smoking yesterday, hoping it will get better.

I want to know if anybody have been in this situation, and if there is anything I can do to make it better, or heal faster. I would really appreciate if somebody help me.

In addition to all that has been said I’d recommend walking as much as possible because this generally enhances the full body blood circulation. And don’t forget to massage the taint - can be on a daily base even without other PE training.

Plus heat. Heat helps to soften up all tissues before and after PE training. Deep heat is achievable with a rice sock (dry rice in a regular sock) preheated in the microwave oven. Apply for 5 minutes by sitting on it and bending the sock in a u-form from the taint to the pelvis upwards around balls and dick.

Another “cheap” trick is pre-PE partial masturbation. Just masturbate to full erection without having an orgasm or being close to the point if no return. And THEN apply the heat source and let the erection slowly go away. The idea begind is to allow the penis to be filled with blood and expanded, and then slowly “collapse” in a semi-blood filled state. Like this, the penis remains quite soft and ready for PE.

I’m a smoker too, but with these measures, my flaccid hangs nice and soft all day long.

Just one question. With the smoking, did you ever felt something related to your penis?

Well, it’s kind of difficult.

I’m 51, a medium-level nicotine dependent (more than 10 but less than 20 cig/day). I’m doing cardio training on a varying intensity and frequency.

Now when my EQ varies, usually I’m able to “kegel” it up within a few weeks. Is smoking, is age or cardio training level rhe source of EQ variations?

First of all, it’s hard to speculate what is the real cause of your problem. Second, quit smoking for a just a day won’t make any changes instantly so you cannot see the result yet if it is caused by smoking. Third, don’t be a doctor of yourself your problem might get serious in the near future if you keep it, so what I suggest to you is to consult a doctor/urologist first.

I know you posted it here hoping that someone might have the similar problem like yours and I hope they can see this. Good luck with you man I wish I could help you with that, but take my advice to see your doctor so you will know better.
