I’m still trying to find the resolve to stop porn/masturbation/orgasim. I seem to be able to still have sex with out the assistance of meds but my erection sits at the 9 o’clock position rather then where it used to sit (11 o’clock position). Also the election appears less full and very bendable. Further more the erection can deflate very quickly if my mind drifts while in the act of sex. I find the best times to have sex are in the middle of the night after waking up before normal, or first thing in the morning. I feel this is because I and my partner are the most calm at this point, also because I have done testosterone injections I would say the morning sex for me is not testosterone related. ED meds have been having less of a effect lately it feels and I do not know if it’s because I am more stressed or feeling less masculine. Since I can have some degree of sex without the pills I would say that it’s not my ED that’s worsening just my response to the pills.

I found a nice story about a 32 year old with a diagnosed Venious leak that claimed to overcume a 14 year old case of ED with nofap. He said that pills and ED medication injections did not work for him but nofap did.

I too suffer from an injury from jelqing incorrectly… I’m giving this abstinence thing a shot, so far it’s been about 2 weeks but haven’t noticed any improvement yet. I’ve literally tried everything else, urologists performed a bunch of tests and couldn’t find anything wrong

CD777 best advice I have for abstinence is to stop reading self help forums like this as well as nofap. The strength to do this has to come from you and you alone. But if you happen to pop by this thread again I would like to pick your brain.

Has your erection improved/degraded?
What are your current erections like?
Have you tried viagra/cialis or injections/trimix?
Is yes, do those meds work for you?
What tests did the urologist perform?

My suggestion for you is if your erection quality does not improve with abstainence you should start using meds right away and prepare your self mentally for a penile implant. A good time to get the implant is right after the meds stop giving you a erection. Doing this will help ensure your erection will be as big as possible with the implant because your penis tissue will be more elastic. The implant is covered by insurance. Many post op prostate cancer patients who have ed as a result of nerve damage say that after 1-2 years after the surgery the damage is then permanent and the nerves will not continue to recover beyond this point.

I’ve tried both viagra and cialis, as many users reports, viagra gives me a stronger erection compared to cialis. I get my viagra from the pharmacy at my urologists office for 1$ a 20mg pill. I get my cialis from iron dragon in liquid form currently, 70$ for a bottle that will last a month at least. I’ve done the prp shot and it didn’t work and from what I have read the shockwave Treatment is bull shit to. Save your money for the copay for the implant when and if you need it.

In 2 weeks I will have a penis doppler ultra sound done. For this procedure they will inject a ED medication with 1 active ingredient in it, so it probably won’t produce very much of a boner. The ED shots you can do at home are called bimix (2 ingredients) and trimix (3 ingredients) which produce much powerful erections. Post op prostrate cancer patients often have the nerves severed to lead to the penis but many of them have experienced hour long hard erections from the injections. The injections are also cheap and cost around 1& a shot.

I’m hoping to get trimix for home use after this doppler test is done. I want to rehab my erection as much as possible before I have to get a implant so I have have the biggest erection with it as possible. I will be contacting reputable doctors who preform the surgery in the meantime so I can have the procedure done right away when and if the meds stop working. I have allready read posts from several members in their 20’s who have suffered ED as a result of PE and some of them have allready received implants.

Well the thing is people thing that the swelling and fatness from jelqing are actual gains when In reality it’s inflamation. And once that goes down the flaccid penis gets cold hard shrivels and turtles up
