How does one heal a huge blister?

Got a huge blister from pumping. History:

6/30/2022: Pumped too much at 6.5hg, received blister close to urethra.
8/5/2022: A bit red in the same spot, but tried to pump again, this time at 5.5hg, received biggest blister I’ve ever had in the same spot (picture attached).
8/22/2022 (today): Healing is incredibly slow, still red in the area, and want to ask experienced members for advice. Should I use a cream? Should I wait two months this time? Maybe three?

Hello, I had a blister of the same size 2 weeks ago. Don’t blow it up. It exploded on its own after 4-5 days, or it accidentally exploded from the press. During this time, I applied thiocilline cream 3-4 times a day and wrapped it with a cloth so that the germs would be contained. 14 days have passed, I need some more time for the wound to heal completely, about 3-4 days. Be patient, keep it clean

Cream immediately. The bubble gradually shrinks

Thanks for the reply. I think it has been over two weeks since the blister appeared, and the skin healed over it, but the red spot is there. Is it too late to use this ointment for healing?

There seems to be a point in me right now I’m waiting for it to pass completely. Still not fully healed. Slightly different color from the one next to the wound. It’s not too late for cream. After a while I will use madecassol cream it removes scars after open wound

A very tiny bubble had passed in 3 days. I was able to get started right away. I think the red point is the point where the blood comes out where the capillary burst, you’d better wait a bit

I hope you didn’t have penile mondor or thrombocyte veins. I came across it 1 week later when I checked the erection. Check your penis

Thanks friend, I will give it a try. I don’t know why I am such a slow healer.

I had exactly the same thing, except a little more toward the center. Advice:
Pop it. Conventional medical wisdom says that you’re not supposed to. And yes, you should let it ride out for a while. But the longer you wait to pop it, the more you’re delaying the skin underneath healing.

I hoped that it would shink. But it doesn’t do that. It will eventually pop on its own if you don’t do it. So you might as well get it done earlier rather than later.

@Don Logan thanks for the tip. I should have mentioned that the picture is two and a half weeks old. I am still not completely healed up! Any suggestions? Thanks for any tips.

Please remember the body heals at it’s own rate. There really isn’t anything to make the body heal faster. Potions, lotions; they help and make the area feel better but the body does what it does.

@Jimmybob55, thank you sir. Looks like I’m hands off for the next few months then, ah well.

And try not to do that again but I think you know that.

One thing there is medical research on is propolis tincture, but I’ve only seen data for burns. It’ll heal those twice as fast, which I’ve seen firsthand from making and using the tincture myself. Not sure if it’ll work the same for blisters, though
