How can I get rid of callous skin on my head?

First let me say I am cut. Last year when I hanged I had a lot of blisters on the lining of my head. A couple days later the blisters calloused over making some part of my head harder than others. My girlfriend says she doesn’t like it when she give me a blowjob because it’s not smooth anymore. To this day my skin is very bump and very tough from my blisters. Is there any way to smoothen it out and get rid of callous skin? Thanks.

Ah yeah I have the same problem. Towards the bottom of the glans, right in the area where I grip for manual stretches or where hanging takes the weight. I haven’t been able to get rid of mine although moistureizing does help some.
