I have this growing “spot” on my penis. I originally thought it was a pimple that forms in the hair folliacles but its still there. It is kinda hard and abit sore.
I have attached a pic. The yellowish colour is because of light because the skin over the area is quite shinny….

Those pimples can last pretty long, they’re like that. They’re also sore and can grow to amazing and amuzing sizes. Best you can do is to stop touching it all the time and keep it clean. How long have you had it?

Try some over the counter Anti-Fungal cream. If it doesn’t look like its working after a week than it certainly isn’t hurting it. Also change your bedsheets, wash your bath towel, and wash your hands thouroughly before and after touching it.
If it doesn’t look to be going away within a couple of days go to a doctor. It doesn’t look to be PE related although I’m certainly no expert at these things.

looks like an infected whitehead to me. apply some heat to encourage it to drain on its own. If the redness and/or tenderness spreads you may need antibiotics. I don’t think antifungal creams will help here.

After seeing the pic, I second that. If it doesn’t go away in a month or starts spreading, let a doctor take a peek, it’s nothing to be worried about.

I have been very thoroughly cleaning my penis and hot wrapping it every day and its not as red or sore anymore.
Its a relief to know that its not PE related and I can still PE although I will lay off for a couple of days so that I dont aggrivate it.
